Amabile Oil - Online sale of Nocellara del Belice Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Our extra virgin olive oil is obtained exclusively from Sicilian olives of the "Nocellara del Belice" and "Biancolilla" varieties, hand-picked in October according to ancient tradition and cold-pressed within a few hours.
It has a very low acidity (between 0.2 and 0.3) and a high polyphenol content (approx. 300mg/kg).
The color is green with golden hues, the aroma recalls freshly harvested olives, and the flavor is moderately fruity with hints of tomato. On tasting, the bitterness and spiciness are light, with a predominance of the spicy note.
Ideal for enhancing dishes with legumes and vegetables, excellent raw on grilled meat or fish, and on all Mediterranean cuisine dishes.
