Paté

Our pâtés are made exclusively with olive pulp from the "Nocellara del Belice" variety and enriched with extra virgin olive oil of the same type. The drupes are separated from the pit and ground until a smooth and delicate olive paste is obtained.

They are available in three varieties:

• Green olive pâté: flavored with a touch of chili pepper and garlic, offering a delicate and light taste, perfect to be served as an appetizer.
• Seasoned olive pâté: a mix of parsley, oregano, garlic, vinegar, and chili pepper makes it ideal for bruschetta and appetizers in general.
• Black olive pâté: with a strong, distinctive flavor, perfect to be served as an appetizer.
