In online sales, the Consumer Code allows the customer to return a purchased product (right of withdrawal) within the period granted by the seller for this right (a minimum of 14 days from the date of delivery).

However, this right of withdrawal is excluded for the sale of goods that are “liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.” This includes food products and beverages which, due to their organoleptic and chemical-physical properties, are subject to alteration even as a result of improper storage.

Therefore, if a food product is sold, the right of withdrawal may be excluded, and no refund will be provided.
